YY Builds Design Example		An example of the kinds of designs & plans we create and exchange during a project, and the actual results.

First, we make sure we understand where you're starting from and what you want to achieve. We may look at pictures, go together to see examples of things you like and don't like, and exchange conceptual sketches with you.
In this case, we overlaid sketches onto photographs of the undeveloped yard, and physically marked several locations on the ground to get a real sense of placement and proportion.
		We work with you to carefully consider your design and structural options for the project -- in sketches like these we explore different layouts, orientations and configurations for the structure. Before we build we carefully plan the materials, building techniques and logistics for the project. This is critical in making sure that projects meet our standards, your expectations, and the highest quality results.
This kind of thoughtful design and planning allows us to achieve extremely high standards of workmanship, and deliver projects in a consistent, predictable manner.
