Our projects are located in northern California,  mainly in and around San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose.

Every piece is built to order and can be customized for your requirements -- size style and usage.  Some of our work can be shipped, fully assembled or modular for on-site assembly and installation, anywhere in North America.

YY Lee has been living and working in the San Francisco bay area for the past twelve years.  She had some great hands-on early training while growing up in New England stacking stone walls, chopping firewood, and helping with the constant maintenance of  family house.  She's happy to have moved on to a warmer climate and some more ambitious building endeavors.

And YY does build.  She works directly on every YY Builds project -- sometimes by herself, sometimes with helping hands.
